Registration fee

Anyone attending the conference must register on the sciencesconf.org platform.

The fee is a flat rate. We will not offer a daily rate. Registration will be open from 27 March to 17 April 2023 and will only be validated once payment has been accepted, obligatorily and solely via the registration form.

A confirmation will then be sent by email.

The registration fee includes :

Participation in the three and a half days of the conference, breaks and lunch cocktails on the first three days.

For organisational and sustainable development reasons, attendance must be filled in on the form.

Registration fees :
The fee is inclusive of all taxes.
Participation in the conference: 300 €.
Participation in the colloquium as a student on presentation of proof: 150 €.

Gala evening on 8 June 2023: 80 € (single rate) subject to availability.

Attention

Non-communicating participants will only be able to register from 26 April to 30 April by contacting plurensa-2023@sciencesconf.org 

The side events of the conference (gala and animations) are not accessible to non-communicators.

The registration fee includes breaks and lunch cocktails from Wednesday 7 to Friday 9 June.
